The concept of Event Headshot Stations emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic, as traditional headshot studios needed to adapt to a mobile format. In the first year of the pandemic, Ivan successfully captured over 300 headshots at clients' homes. This experience allowed him to develop and refine a mobile studio setup that maintains the same professional quality as his in-studio work.

As businesses began to reopen, many larger clients found that a significant portion of their workforce required new headshots after working remotely for three years. The challenge was to efficiently provide professional-level headshots for hundreds of employees without incurring excessive costs.
